Oke aku bakal kasih Tips mendidik pemain muda berbakat menjadi pemain kelas dunia.
ya bagi yang tahun bermain fmnya sudah jauh, ga perlu khawatir, karena tips ini lebih ampuh buat yang FMnya sudah tahun2 tinggi dan regen muncul dimana mana

oke, sebelum kita tahu pemain itu berbakat, kita memerlukan beberapa bantuan. ya yang pertama bisa kita dapat dari scout dan dari genie scout dan FMRTE. apa itu genie scout? genie scout adalah tools buat melihat attribute pemain kedepannya.
nih contohnya:










nah sesudah genie scoutnya dibuka, load gamenya dimenu kiri atas. setelah diload, yaudah ketikkan di menu age max 18,potential rating 150-200. tergantung selera sih, cuma aku sukanya diumur segitu.









setelah itu pilih pemainnya. nah itu attribute pemain muda dimasa sekarang.







nah ceklist di menu show potential attributes, dan taraaaaaaaaaa itu skillnya kalo kita melatih dengan benar. biasanya aku perlu 3tahun untuk membuat pemain skill labil kayak tadi menjadi super.

ada beberapa cara supaya ABG LABIL kayak diatas bisa menjadi pemuda SUPER,
 Cari Tutor yang sesuai, sebaiknya personalitynya sama.
 Mainkan selalu diliga, walaupun 15menit, yang penting dia main,jangan kaget diawal2 dia mainnya sangat angin2an, tp 10 pertandingan selanjutnya biasanya permainannya sudah stabil
 Mainkan Full Time di piala liga


Tiga tips diatas kalo diikutin, dijamin 3musim pemain itu udah 20m keatas harganya...



donlot genie scout FOOTBALL MANAGER 2014 di DOWNLOAD




langsung aja dicek memakai FMRTE...caranya berikut:
1. LOAD GAME
2. SEARCH FILTER
3. TERUS CEKLIS REGEN
4. di menu PA, buat minimal 150-200 (sesuai kebutuhan)

SYARAT HARUS NEW GAME BIAR BERPENGARUH

Transfers Update:

  • Transfers from all around the world from the very best leagues to the small ones.
  • Contract changes to reflect corrected wages.
  • Managerial changes.
  • Passed away players/staff are removed from database.
  • Corrected squad numbers.

General Changes:

  • Nationality changes.
  • Favourite clubs, Favourite staffs and so.
  • Chairman changes. Newly created chairmans take the place of the one who left.
  • In some cases adjusted personal attributes such as height and weight.

Wonderkids:

  • New young players created ,who will become world class players in the future ( wonderkids ).
  • In some cases adjusted CA/PA abilities of players under 21,and set wonderkids.

Current Ability / Potential Ability Changes:

  • Adjusted stats and current ability attributes.
  • Adjusted potential ability.

Injured Players:

  • Players who were injured, corrected injury dates.
  • Players who were injured, but mistakenly not added to the game.

Instructions on installing

Windows users, download and extract the files to:
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\Editor Data
If editor data folder is not there, create one with this name only. Other names will not recognize the files inside the game.
Mac users, download and extract the files to:
Macintosh HD\users\USERNAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\Editor Data
If editor data folder is not there, create one with this name only. Other names will not recognize the files inside the game.
Then open the game, click Start a new game, and then a box will open. Under the database you have to choose, you will find a small box beside the Editor Data Files, with a small box and next to it Changes.
Make sure the box is ticked and then OK. It will take you to a new screen where you have to choose the files. Choose only my files if you are not sure about the changes in every file.
Many creators files together can cause crashes to the game, duplicates and other problems. Avoid to use different creators files.

Mencegah Kebosanan Bermain Football Manager

Ada kalanya ketika kita sedang asik bermain Football Manager, kita dilanda ketagihan dan kebosanan...

 ada beberapa penyebab kita dilanda ketagihan dalam bermain Football Manager:

  1. klub yang kita tangani menang terus
  2. klub yang kita tangani juara dan borong semua gelar
  3. pemain muda kita berhasil menjadi pemain kelas dunia dengan attribute keren
  4. ladang wonderkid
Nah ketika kita sudah mencapai ketagihan...ga ada yang bisa mencegah kita untuk nempel terus di PC atau laptop!
pacar? dibuang kelaut! haha

nah saya mau bilang, ketika sudah mencapai tingkat ketagihan langsung akan ada kebosanan...

ada beberapa penyebab kita dilanda kebosanan dalam bermain Football Manager:
  1. bosan karena klub menang terus
  2. tidak adanya tantangan lagi karena punya hobi menang
  3. bosan juara mulu
  4. bosan bosan dan bosan karena semua tahap tantangan sudah tidak ada....
nah saya mau berbagi tips gimana supaya KEBOSANAN itu hilang, berikut tipsnya:
  1. ketika sudah 3-5 musim beruntun juara terus dan sapu bersih, langsung aja new game pake klub kecil antah berantah
  2. new game pake klub gede....3 musim pindah ke klub kecil, terus pindah lagi tiap 3 musim
  3. JANGAN PERNAH EDIT PEMAIN dengan tools apapun, karena inilah akar Kebosanan ( tapi kalo buat having fun ya terserah) hehehee
  4. jangan suka tanya sana sini, pemain bagus siapa ya? ini bagus ga? itu bagus ga? cari tau sendiri dengan scout, genie scout, atau fmrte (cek potential ability, minimal 170)
  5. buat game itu sebagai pengalih penat (bermain game pada waktunya)
  6. arti bermain game pada waktunya adalah waktu buat bermain game football manager pada jam tertentu buat anda mainkan dengan nyaman tanpa adanya tekanan dari lain lain....contohnya: saya bermain fm diatas jam 10 malam setiap harinya dan selesai jam 1 dini hari setiap harinya, jadi saya bermain fm kayak nonton sinetron favorit saya gitu, jadi rutinitas yang ditunggu...jangan setiap ada waktu luang kita bermain (bisa cepat bosan)
  7. jauhi kemudahan, dekatin tantangan
  8. selalu berprinsip PEMAIN MUDA is the best (artinya sering sering hunting pemain muda
  9. jika sudah mulai bosan, langsung beralih game....dan kembali lagi ke FM...

Langkah Instalnya:
1. Download Facepack  6 GB.
2. Unpack the download archive file via WinZip, 7-Zip, or WinRar ignoring warning messages.
3. Letakkan Filenya ke “Graphics” subfolder dari Football Manager data folder. atau langsung ke =>>>>>> My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2014/Graphics
4. jika tidak ada folder Graphics, buat aja.
5. LANGSUNG ke FM 2014 Preferences –> Interface.
6. Untick “Use caching to decrease page loading times” setting.
7. Enable “Reload skin when confirming changes in Pref
dan tadaaaaa.....
